Our Mission
Our mission is to foster the creative spirit inherent in every child through art and play and provide a space for it to flourish.
We believe that by making English accessible to all children regardless of their socioeconomic status this mission can be accomplished.
We believe in the power of the mother tongue and the mother’s tongue. The mother’s tongue is the language that the child is exposed to in his/her mother’s womb and is the language the mother speaks.
The mother tongue (according to Hashemo’s Haus) is the tongue or language of the host nation i.e. the language that governs the laws of the place where a child resides.
English is the world’s lingua franca and is the language of commerce, war, and peace. We believe that every child should feel comfortable with it, even if it’s not his/her mother’s tongue.

We use every tool at our disposal music, rap, art, sports such as catchable, soccer, and football to engage children where they like to be engaged at play. In this playful state of mind we give them the tools they need to express themselves in English.
Learning starts with listening. We believe in equipping them with the ability to listen to themselves and their needs before uttering a word in English. Thus they choose to play with others instead of fighting them.
Don’t worry no child will be left behind our ambassador Lucky will make sure of that as Lucky loves to play.
Let’s help children find their own voices and play peacefully together as it is the true nature of children.
Good to know...
Hashemo’s Haus does not subscribe to any political or religious ideologies.
Hashemo's Haus does not teach English because of some antiquated notion of colonization or hegemony.
English is the language of commerce.
It’s also the language of peace and war.
"We will do our part to ensure that every child on this planet can express itself in English in pursuit of peace and to end war." (L. N. Slater)
