Reggae @ The River Market

On Friday, September 5th, we invite the community to join us for“Reggae @ The River Market”, a fundraising celebration hosted by Hashemo’s Haus, a new nonprofit dedicated to providing free access to language, art, and movement for every child—regardless of background, ability, or status. This will be the first in what we hope becomes an annual tradition of joy, rhythm, and real impact.

We’re bringing the heat with legendary reggae band Third World, special guest Kumar Fyah, Trubaloo and DJ Inversion keeping the energy alive all night. Local vendors, food trucks, live art, and family-friendly vibes will round out this community-centered, globally-inspired evening.

This year’s event also marks a powerful moment in Arkansas sports history. We aim to make this the official pre-game celebration for the long-awaited matchup between the Razorbacks and the Red Wolves. What better way to honor this long-overdue meeting than with a celebration of peaceful competition, unity, and community spirit?
